Order Processing

  • Business Hours: All orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday– Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, excluding holidays.

  • Processing Time: For in-stock items, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Drop-Ship Orders: Some items may ship directly from our suppliers. While we aim to maintain the 2–3 business day processing timeframe, third-party processing may cause occasional delays.

  • Order Updates: If we are aware of any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. For order status or lead time questions, feel free to contact us.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Unless otherwise selected at checkout, all orders ship via standard ground service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after carrier pickup. This does not include order processing time.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need your order faster? Please contact us before placing your order. We can provide custom shipping options and expedited rates upon request.

  • Carrier Selection: We currently do not offer a choice of specific carriers at checkout. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient method for your location and package type.


Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Signature Upon Delivery: Some orders may require a signature at delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with re-delivery or pickup instructions.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If your shipment is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for:

    • Re-shipping charges

    • Any applicable carrier fees


Freight Shipping (Large/Heavy Items)

  • Variable Rates: Freight costs can vary significantly depending on the destination. We provide an estimate at checkout whenever possible.

  • Post-Order Adjustments: If actual freight charges exceed the estimate, we will contact you with updated pricing. You may choose to accept the charges or cancel the order for a full refund.

  • Extended Delivery Times: Freight shipments may require additional handling time and may have longer transit durations.


Additional Information

  • Shipping Regions: Currently, we only ship within 48 States in the continental U.S.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
